Orders:

Cancellation:

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.If a cancellation is accepted, the applicable refund will be processed through the original payment method or another method communicated by Navritya.

Returns & Refunds:

As our products are food items, returns may generally not be accepted once the product has been delivered, except where the product is damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise qualifies for a refund under our policy. If you receive a damaged, incorrect or defective product, please contact us within [24/48] hours of delivery.

You may be required to provide photographs or other information to help us verify the issue. After verification, Navritya may offer a replacement, refund or other appropriate resolution. Please do not consume a product if the package appears damaged, tampered with or unsafe.

Shelf life & Storage:

Customers should follow the storage instructions and consume products within the stated shelf life or best-before period mentioned on the product packaging. Navritya is not responsible for deterioration caused by improper storage, exposure to moisture, heat, sunlight or other conditions after delivery.
