Veg:
Navritya special kebab/65 masala can be used for various vegetables like cauliflower, babycorn, potato, cabbage, etc. Add 1 tbsp of kebab masala to a cup of cut vegetable of your choice. Add salt if required (Note: Salt is there in masala. Can add little if required). Add 1 tsp lemon juice and sprinkle some water to coat the masala well. Marinate for 5-10 min and deep fry to golden color. Yummy kebab is ready!
Non veg:
Add 3-4 tbsp of kebab masala to 1/2 kg of chicken with little salt, 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp of curd (optional). Mix well and sprinkle little water to coat all pieces. Marinate for minimum 15 minutes. Deep fry at medium to high flame till golden and enjoy the kebab.
